1. Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for exchange or return, items must be returned in pristine condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, retaining their original folding and packaging. All labels, bills, and price tags must be intact and securely attached to the item. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of the product.
2. Exchanges
To initiate an exchange, please write to our customer service team with complete information - Order Details, the reason behind your intention to exchange the product .This should be done within 7 days from the date of receiving the products for us to assess, validate and accept or decline an exchange.Exchanges are subject to product availability and may incur additional shipping charges.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
4. Processing Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If however, you do not find a suitable product to exchange against your proposed return, you may opt to park the funds with us on credit for a future purchase.
5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
